McCartney will wed U.S. heiress Nancy Shevell in a civil ceremony in London, according to British media reports.
McCartney, 69, and Shevell, 51, got engaged in May.
They will exchange vows at the Westminster Register Office in London in front of only 30 guests, The Daily Mirror reported.
The ceremony will be followed by a reception in McCartney’s garden, where a tent has been set up.
The ceremony will be deliberately less grand than Sir Paul’s £1.5million wedding to Heather Mills in 2002, held at Castle Leslie in Ireland.
Nancy’s dress has been made by Sir Paul’s fashion designer daughter Stella, 40, who also helped create the vegetarian, organic, three-course menu.
